Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Pretty first line villa with stunning sea views, indoor pool and
jacuzzi on the garden.

Fantastic villa with 5 bedrooms located front of the sea, near the area
"Playa de los Franceses".

The house has three levels:

On the first level is accessed through the garden to the rear. It has
an entrance hall, living room with satellite TV, comfortable sofas and
a fully-equipped kitchen. Through the large windows of the room, you
can access a large garden and a fully equipped with outdoor furniture,
sunbeds and jacuzzi with the privilege of counting with stunning sea
views.

On the first floor, we can find a double room with king-size bed and
bathroom with tub.

On the second floor there are 4 double rooms with king-size bed with
its own bathroom. Two of them are with bath tub and shower. They also
have access to the main terrace overlooking the sea and the bay of
Alcudia.

Downstairs is a large heated swimming pool (4.00x7.00x1.70 meters) can
be enjoyed throughout the year. On the same floor is a spacious lounge
- dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.

All rooms have their own air conditioning / heating and are equipped
with towels and linens for all guests. Furthermore, in all parts of the
villa there is wifi internet access.

By having large terraces around the house and garden, an extremely
bright and cheerful space is created.

The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to
discover the magic corners of the island or just spend a few days
relaxing on the beach. It is very close to restaurants (100 meters),
supermarkets (200 meters) and other stores. The nearest beach is sandy
and is just 10 meters from the villa.
