Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Fantastic 4 bedroom villa with spectacular panoramic sea views.

The house has three levels:

On the first level there is a large private pool ( 4.00x7.00x1.80
meters) with solarium and terrace furniture sunbeds counting for all
guests. On the ground floor, accessing through large windows, you get
to the living room with satellite TV and comfortable sofa. On the same
floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear
terrace.

There is 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning / heat pump
with a very large window with exterior views to a forest. Also there's
a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms. One of this has a
large double bed and en suite bathroom with bath. Also it has a large
terrace with wonderful sea views around the bay. Also, there's a double
room with twin beds and another one with a double bed with bathroom
with shower.

Each room has its own air conditioning / heat pump and is equipped with
bed linens and towels for all guests.

At the third level, there's a large solarium with some sunbeds ideally
to rest and look around the sea views and the golf club of Alcanada.

By having large terraces around the house and garden, a space that is
very bright and cheerful created. It offers guests a garage on the
basement floor, enough to hold two or three vehicles. It's unusually
large with a capacity of 8 adults. Ideal for families or groups of
friends who want to discover the magical corners of the island or just
to spend a few days relaxing on the beach.

It is very close to many restaurants (500 meters), supermarkets (500
meters) and other shops. The nearest beach is just 600 meters from the
villa and Alcanada Golf is 900 meters.
