The Space:

Upon check-in you will be greeted by our friendly concierge staff, provide photo id matching your Airbnb's booking and will kindly be asked to place a $100 credit/debit card hold- this is required to assure there's no damage to the resort's amenities during your stay. It will be refunded 100% at check-out or may be applied to Valet should you choose to use the service.

Concierge will make personalized private elevator access cards for you and your guests which will give you full access & privacy to our condo's floor!

House Rules:
Strictly no smoking anywhere inside or outside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 Penalty.

Please be aware that this is a residential building. No parties or loud noise is allowed after 10pm especially on the balcony. Any noise complaints from management or neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from premises by authorities.

Early check-in and Late check-out may be available only upon request. Any requests made are subject to availability and an additional charge.
********Any unauthorized late check-out will be charged $150 an hour or the penalty rate retroactive to the day of check-in.

Lost Condo key $100

Please use caution when streaming, uploading, or downloading any content while connected to our wifi due to Copyright Infringement laws. Any content that is Illegally uploaded, downloaded, or streamed will result in civil and/or criminal litigation and you will be fully responsible.

Any stains due to food or beverage spills on bed linens will be professional cleaned or replaced at your expense.

No one other than the guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking and/or a penalty rate for the full term of the booking.
