My place is only 1 minutes walk from the best beach about 100 meter away. You have directly access to restaurant and pool house downstairs, free WiFi.
The apartment is located on the 2 and 3 floor and is fitted with 1 king size bed, 1 flat-screen TV with cable channels. There is air-con in both the rooms.
The Space:
The apartment is about 34 sum and have a flat-screen TV with cable channels is available as wifi Internet. Other facilities include poolhouse with the best pool table in the area and restaurant and bars.

Getting around
Very easy to jump on the taxi that´s run on the mainroad all the time (just outside my place)
Getting Around:
There is taxi on the beach road you can jump on to Pattaya city for only 10 baht per person, they go every 5 min all day and night. You can also take a taxi bike for about 100 baht to ec walking street, they are in your soi.
Other Things to Note:
- Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
- Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
- The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
- There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
- Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
- There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
- If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
- There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
- Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
