Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Nella zona collinare di Santa Maria di Leuca, immersa in un parco di oltre 3000 mq, troviamo Villa del Cavaliere. La bellissima e rilassante dimora gode di un ampio e ornamentale giardino finemente curato in ogni singolo dettaglio. Qui, in questo spazioso e fiorito ambiente tra alberi di ulivo e cycas vi è una grande piscina interrata con affianco un gazebo, bagno esterno e doccia. Sempre all'esterno,fronte casa, vi è una veranda anch'essa ben accessoriata con divano, dondolo, un barbecue e un possente tavolo in legno. All'interno la villa ha un grazioso soggiorno climatizzato con divano letto e un camino, una nuova e luminosa cucina completa di ogni utensile con lavastoviglie. Ci sono due camere da letto climatizzate, una matrimoniale e l'altra doppia. Infine il bagno dotato di tutti i serivizi, box doccia e lavatrice. Le finestre dell'alloggio sono dotate tutte di zanzariere. Posto auto in villa.
