The Space:
This Cozy 1 bedroom (Bed room + living room) for 4 person is few minuts driving from Night Bazaar and with city view. Grab our free bikes or rent motor bike with us, we have office on-site with our own staff. If our room is fully book then send us message as we have many rooms in this building.
Nice garden with saltwater pool and kids pool. We have taxi, tours free bikes and laundry service just next door offering washing machine and dryer for only 40 baht. 7/11 is 200 meter away same as mainroad.
There is restaurant near the resort with prices as low as 60 baht for breakfast.
This location also makes it a very easy drive into the city center and there are also many shopping mall within just a few minutes’ drive of the project. There are also several modern hospitals close to the development.
Modern European style kitchen, flat screen tv's, bathroom and a lovely living room area with queen size sofa bed to 2 person.
Just 2 minute walk away from all the shops and 7/11.
The building also has a large pool with features such as a beautiful waterfall, children’s playground area and kids pool, fitness center and a BBQ area, shops, car park and 24 hour security with key card access.
Very close to the beautiful Chiang Mai city with many restaurants and shopping.
The place is serene!! Less traffic.
Guest Access:
I will be partially present around the house, but I am available 24/7 if you should you need anything, and will make sure all your wishes are taken care of. Maximum privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
I'll be answering all questions and help out as best as I can. If the guests wants an airport pick-up we can arrange that, at a competitive price.
The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be a problem with the aircon or something similar.

Getting Around:
You can use the bikes for free or rent motorbikes or cars, belonging to the resort. Please bring driver licenses.
There are taxis 200m. away. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around for about 200 baht/ day.
The area is very quiet - the traffic is convenient and we have 4 bikes you can use for free about 2 km to Night Bazaar. There is restaurant near with many shops and 7/11.
Breakfast prices start from only 60 baht so very cheap. Tuk Tuk can be order from the office and cost 100 baht (Last time I check) to the city. Be aware always get the prices before you go into the Tuk Tuk are you good at negotiating, you can always get them down in price :)
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
