Step into one of of my best apartments in the city center and escape the stresses of the day with a wide range of amenities such as LCD TV screen in both rooms, Wifi "30/10", outdoor pool, (kids), 24-hour security, facilities for disabled guests, car park.

The Space:
My pool access apartment has a sitting area with direct pool access and a kitchen complete with a microwave and a toaster. 2 flat-screen TV with cable channels is available as fast Internet (30 down and 10 down speed). Other facilities include a pool (kids pool) and jacuzzi.
1 very nice bedroom and 1 living room with pool view (1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), total size: 54 SQ.M. with nice terrace overlooking the pool.
Only 2 minutes walk to Rompho market and 20 meters to the minimart and very easy to take "baht bus" on the main road to Pattaya (Walking Street, Central Festival Pattaya, shopping center, Bali Hai pier (for a trip to the islands), Buddha on the mountain - viewpoint.
My apartment has everything (Free wi-fi, Shower, Toiletries, Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cable TV service, Balcony, Laptop, (website hidden) installation with a subscription for free calls worldwide, Air Con, Desk, Iron/Ironing Board, Hair-drier.
There are all of the kitchenware in the room and there is always the possibility to order food in the room.
Guest Access:
Parking area as an amazing pool and everything already described in "The Space". On arrival, fresh linen, towels will the ready for you. You will also find complimentary water, shampoo, soaps, and toilet paper, so you don’t have to think about these things when you arrive. TVs is connected with an international package, which offers a good range of channels also.
There is good free wifi internet in the building.
There is, of course, air-cons installed in the living room as a bedroom and the kitchen comes with all you need if you want to do your own cooking.
Interaction with Guests:
Me and my team will always be available, if you have any questions during your stay and try to respond quickly on every request. Before arrival I will make sure, you have all the details you need, to do an easy check in, so you can enjoy your holiday.

What to see - and how to get around?
You will find taxi motorbikes nearby very easily, they can bring you anywhere. Or you can walk up the main road and use the normal baht busses, which have their normal routes around the city.
Both services are available 24/7. So it's very easy to get around in the city of Pattaya.
You can also, if you plan a long trip or want to get picked up by the apartment - use the mobile app "GrabTaxi" which is available in Pattaya. Very easy to use, and they will come pick you up and drive you wherever you need to go. You can download the "GrabTaxi" app from Play, App Store or BlackBerry World.

Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road a few min walks from the building or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 60-10 baht (2-3 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100-150 baht) (2-5 euro) use an app named "Grab"
In Pattaya and Jomtien or the main or beach road just you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a 10 baht per person.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number booked.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 MB up speed).
♡ Free coffee and tee when you arrive.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open doors you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
♡ The room cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the room cleaned and ready for the next guest (Post-Stay Clean). This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your apartment cleaned during your stay (In-Stay Clean), an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per stay.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
