Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

A staircase leads to the covered terrace and the house entrance. From there you arrive in the bright, lakeside living area with sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table and a large wall unit with satellite TV.

The living area has access to the kitchen with a fireplace, dining area and windows overlooking the lake. The comfortable kitchen has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large free standing fridge freezer.

The long hallway takes you to the bedrooms, all of which have mountain views. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, one twin bedded room and one further double bedroom.

At the end of the hallway lies the bathroom with WC, bidet, shower, sink and washing machine. Also at the end of the hallway is the sunny terrace and barbecue area with mountain view.

For your car there is a garage which is available free of charge.

From the house you can walk to the beach at Cremia in 10-15 minutes via a footpath.

The home is an ideal base for hiking, mountain biking, jogging, swimming. Cremia has a beautiful beach and 2 good restaurants which are directly at the lake.
