Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The mountain chalet Baita Zia Marianna was restored a few years ago with beautiful, rustic exposed beams and a large fireplace. It is located on a sun terrace in the district of Argino and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car from Domaso.

The house is on a quiet and sunny location. From the car park it is possible to reach on foot via a mountain trail of approx. 200 m. About the outside staircase leads to the house entrance. From there you get into the living-dining area with a large fireplace. The kitchen is integrated in the living-dining area.

The domicile has a room with a double bed and a sleek coat and a room with a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washing machine and vanity.

On the ground floor there is a cellar where mountain bikes can be stored.

By car you drive about 10 km from Domaso via Vercana to the communal parking. Because the landlords decided to keep the alpine village Argino "car-free" in the summer months. The last 200 meters to the house can be reached practically at ground level on a footpath.

In the village of Vercana below Argino there are three small grocery stores "Alimentari" as well as two bar / restaurant and a rural agriturismo restaurant offering simple typical local dishes.
