Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Cozy apartment on Lake Como, for up to 4 people with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom / WC and balcony, located on the first floor of a house in Pianello del Lario. The apartment has central heating and free Wi-Fi. Parking is along the road. On request, a cot is available for a fee.

Pianello Lario with its many villages / neighborhoods is located immediately south of Musso. The pebble beach with good surfing / sailing possibilities is located in the district of Carlazzo.

We recommend an excursion to Alpe Nalcim [1201 m] where you follow the "Via dei Monti Lariani", a beautiful path around Lake Como.

Musso and Pianello Lario, due to a new bypass tunnel, are the only cities on the lake without traffic and are pleasantly quiet and pristine, interspersed with lots of greenery, partly in a rural environment.

The new, pretty promenade (only for pedestrians) invites you to stroll between the two places.

Attractions: The Lariana Ship Museum "Lariana Boat Museum" is located in a former textile mill building in Via Statale 139, has a collection of old ships and barges [Lucie] and describes the maritime history of Lake Como.

Pianello has some good restaurants and small shops. For bulk purchases go to Dongo or Menaggio, about (4 km).
