Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The house stands on the promontory of Domaso in the front of the lake (about 20 meters from the lake). In the neighborhood there are more cottages and a hotel. From the garden you have a limited lake view. The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of about 1000 square meters with an electric gate. Through the garden gate on the lake side you have direct access to the public beach. The beach (about 1 km long) is slightly sloping and ideal for a holiday by the lake, especially with children. Around the promontory it is possible to take beautiful walks along the path along the river. The location is ideal for those who want to be mobile without a car. Grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants and the center of Domaso with its pretty fishing port, the pier and much more are within walking distance.

Rustic-modern living room and enjoy the location directly on the lake. About the entrance you enter directly into the bright living room with exposed beams and panoramic windows, on the mountain side with a comfortable corner seat and a large table. Adjacent to the lake side is the open kitchen (including a dishwasher and oven) with dining table and fireplace. In addition to the kitchen on the other side of the corridor there is access to the large double room (extra bed for children possible), as well as the bedroom with bunk beds and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The wooden staircase leads to the sloping attic with a living room with a reading / TV area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a pull-out bed for two, and a bathroom with a toilet and sink. From the upper living room has direct access to the small balcony with breathtaking views of the city and the mountains.

The large garden with barbecue area, children's pool, ping pong table, table football and comfortable armchairs invite you to relax and enjoy the exceptional position on the lake.

The vehicles are protected in the garden. The house has natural gas central heating and is available as a holiday home for the whole year. The family villa can accommodate 8 people and is also suitable for two families with children.
