The booking deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking if you cancel.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Our team will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

This is a very large, two full-floors, 6-bedroom loft for up to 16 guests guests. It features huge windows along the entire west and north sides of each floor as well as a large skylight on the upstairs floor, making it extremely bright and cheerful.
It is located in one of the hottest and trendiest parts of Manhattan’s Soho and Nolita district replete with restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, as well as just a couple of blocks to many major subway lines (N, R, 6, B, D, F, Q). It is also a quick walk into Little Italy, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, East Village, Lower East Side, Noho and Tribeca.
There are two large open living dining spaces, one in each of the two floors.
Each floor has a fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, cooking utensils, serve ware, dishes, etc. to enable cooking full meals.
Two of the bedrooms are extremely large each with a king-sized bed which can be split into two singles. The four other smaller bedrooms each has a queen-sized bed.
SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 525.00 USD CLEANING/PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH. FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE.

Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00
Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00
Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00
There is also a $500.00 damage deposit to be taken as an authorization on a credit card upon or before arrival. Please be prepared for that.
There is no laundry in the building. We are happy to make recommendations for nearby laundry services.
There is NO elevator in the building. There are 3 and 4 flights of stairs to each of the floors respectively.
Please note that the balance is to be paid directly to the owner after booking by bank transfer. Cleaning fee is to be paid by cash at check in.
