Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The property is set up entirely for the use of serviced accommodation and comes with free WIFI, On demandTV and all standard white goods that are expected in a home from home. The large bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with ample space to get ready for that glitzy night out at the many restaurants in Leeds. The fully equipped kitchen is an open plan area which leads on to the stylish livingroom space which includes a double sofa bed.
Interaction with Guests:
The hosts live next door to the property but will have no interaction the guests will. The guests will have the entire property to themselves.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the leafy suburbs of Leeds the apartment is ideally situated next to major transport links to the many attractions of Leeds. The First Direct Arena, Elland Road Statium, Headingley Stadium, Leeds University Campus', Abbey House Museum, Kirkstall Abbey and Armley Mills are some of the attractions within a short bus ride form the apartment, that’s not to mention the vast array of cultured nightlife and extensive array of shops the city has to offer. There is ample street parking close by for those not wishing to pay exhaustive car parking costs in the city.
