Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 25% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Cozy and stylish apartment located on the west cost of the island next to the vast and powerful Atlantic Ocean in the small fishermen village La Santa. You will find several local restaurants serving fresh Canarian seafood and fish caught on the day nearby. Finding the apartment fully equipped with good internet, large Samsung TV of 58" and thoughtful furnished kitchen and living room you will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Our lovely apartment is located in walking distance from some of the best surfing spots on the island, including El-Quemao where international surfing competition takes place every year. Also La Santa is the well known center for Ironman preparation and the island weather enables cyclist training for competition or exercise throughout the whole year. If you bring your own sports equipment we have prepared a space for you to store it safely in the apartment.
