Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The accommodation has a comfortable veranda with views of the pool and inside the living kitchen with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and a double bedroom inside the trullo. The accommodation has independent internal and external spaces, while the pool area and the courtyard (with different relaxation areas and internal parking) are shared with the solutions 141-142-143-144, always located inside the structure.In the square are all the services: bank, shops, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist, newsstand. Doctor, hairdresser, beautician, baby sitter available at home. From the villa it is easy to reach both the Adriatic with the renowned loca del Ciolo, and the Ionian with its golden beaches (from Torre Vado to Marina di Ugento-Torre San Giovanni). Distance 6 Km from Santa Maria di Leuca.Bed and bath linen not included in the amount. For the guests that need it, the extra cost is 15 Euro/person to pay directly on arrival.
