Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 25% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

The wonderful view from the terrace on the house completes the luxury of this property.

This villa is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons.

This property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in La Asomada and has a wonderful panoramic view from Arrecife to Fuerteventura.
You enter the villa via a large terrace leading into a large reception hall.

On the lower floor there are the common rooms kitchen, billiard room and living room as well as a bedroom and a very large bathroom.
The spiral staircase underneath a large light shaft leads you to the upper three bedrooms.
Here two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The main bedroom of the cottage has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi directly in the bedroom.

All rooms have a view of the Atlantic Ocean or the mountains.

In addition to the size of the holiday home and the high quality of the entire furnishings, especially the kitchen, the villa captivates with its unsurpassed outdoor area.

The large, heated pool has a pool bar so that you can enjoy a mojito sitting directly in the water.

The table tennis room has sliding doors so that you can play without wind and other fitness equipment.

There is a panoramic window in the covered area of the terrace by the barbecue so that you can watch your children in the playground of the house.

Sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas are available.

The entire area is very well protected against prying eyes.

There is a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.
Water sports equipment can also be stored here.

Wifi (ADSL 3 MBit) is part of the service. Also bathrobes and beach towels.

The newly built golf course of Puerto del Carmen is only a 5 minute drive away.
The old-established course in Costa Teguise can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Pool heating 70,00 €/week (25-27 degrees)
Intermediate cleaning during your stay is also possible and can be arranged on site at a surcharge of € 90, - each at short notice.

In the immediate vicinity there are further good holiday homes suitable for 4 - 6 persons each, if you want to arrive with a larger group (up to 22 guests).
